Q: What is the High Performance Weight Loss Plan?

A: The High Performance Weight Loss Plan is a system of nutritional planning, resistance exercise and cardiovascular exercise that is designed to help our clients to achieve maximum weight loss in minimum time with minimum discomfort.

Q: How long is the plan for?: 1 month, 2 months, 6 months?

A: We can only answer that question after a face to face evaluation.  Your personally designed weight loss package will be for the time we estimate that is required for you to reach your goal.  Typically, the time horizon for complete body transformation can be from 3 to 12 months.

The plan has several options: Standard, Accelerated, and Deluxe.

Standard Weight Loss:

This is the traditional 3 day per week resistance training schedule.  Particularly self-reliant individuals have used this plan to great success.  The resistance training workouts are 30 minutes in length.

Extreme Weight Loss: This is 5 days per week of resistance training for 30 minutes.  The additional days with the trainer insure greater overall program adherence and proves to be very effective for clients who wish to lose 30 or more pounds.
Deluxe service plan: We will handle scheduling and coordination of additional services such as meal delivery, acupuncture appointments, massage, private yoga classes, etc for you.

Online Weight Loss program:

For do-it yourselfers, the entire plan is available online for you do follow on your own at a fraction of the price of hands on service.

Q: Can I do the High Performance Weight Loss Resistance Training sessions at home?

 

A: Absolutely.  We have weight loss specialists available to train you in your home as well as at local training studios or gyms.

 

Q: I want to exercise on my own.  Can I follow the High Performance Weight Loss plan by myself?

 

A: Without a doubt!  The Online Weight Loss Program is specifically designed to give clear and detailed instructions so that you can succeed on your own.

 

Q: How much does it cost to do the High Performance Weight Loss Program?

 

A: Packages are generally broken down into 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.  Rates start at $65 per session.  

On the Deluxe Service plan, additional services are charged separately: food delivery, acupuncture, massage, yoga lessons, etc.
